Prospective residents can select from five different apartment sizes depending on their needs and the availability of the units. If a desired apartment is not available, we have a waiting list. Manoir King David residents have priority when it comes to availability of apartments. They may choose at anytime to downsize to a smaller unit or upgrade to a larger one.
